(C) PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING

Your personal data, NOT including the special categories defined by Art. 9 of Reg. (EU) 2016/679) (personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, genetic data, biometric data, data concerning a person's health or sex life or sexual orientation) and freely communicated by you and acquired by PASTIFICIO ARTIGIANO VINCENZA MURA DI RUBEN PINNA, will be processed only with your specific and separate consent (Art. 23 and 130 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and Art. 7 of Reg. PASTIFICIO ARTIGIANO VINCENZA MURA DI RUBEN PINNA for specific activities (IT Management, Software Maintenance, Website Management) makes use of data processors who present sufficient guarantees to put in place adequate technical and organizational measures in order to meet the requirements.

(E) TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data will NOT be transferred to third countries or international organizations.

F) PERSONAL DATA RETENTION PERIOD

The Data Controller will retain the data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes in point C and in any case for no longer than 10 years from the collection of the data. Any longer retention period will be respected if required by current regulations.
